Registration 2023

Let’s get you registered for the convention!

Registering is easy — just tell us your name, callsign (if you have one), contact info, and what convention activities and meals you’d like to sign up for.

Please submit a separate form for each person registering for convention activities.

Note: Fees are in Canadian dollars.

• Saturday program and general attendance: CAD$30
• Saturday buffet dinner: CAD$55
• Sunday buffet breakfast: CAD$30

Register directly online and once you submit your registration, you are directed to PayPal to complete your transaction. You will be sent copies of your registration and payment.

Register online, but instead of being redirected to PayPal, you can either mail a cheque/check to complete your registration, or pay in person when you arrive at the convention.

The convention team hopes we have made it easy to register. If you have any recommendations for improvements or other comments, please let us know.

NOTE: For those intending to pay when they arrive at the convention, we do not have the ability to take credit card or debit transactions at the hotel. An ATM (cash and banking machine) is located at the hotel for your convenience.
