Let’s get you registered for the convention!
Registering is easy — just tell us your name, callsign (if you have one), contact info, and what convention activities and meals you’d like to sign up for.
Please submit a separate form for each person registering for convention activities.
Note: Fees are in US dollars.

Notes:
- Full Conference includes all listed individual options.
- Early Bird pricing applies to reservations made prior to July 1, 2024.
- After June 30, 2024, Normal Pricing applies.
- Day-of reservations or walkins will pay the “At the Door” pricing.
- Youth and Teen pricing applies at all times.
- Teens are 16 years of age or less.
- Youth pricing for those 17 through 24 old.
- 25 and over pays full price (Early Bird, Normal, or At the Door).
Saturday Banquet Menus
Choose From:
- Garlic and Herb Grilled Chicken Breast
- Served with creamy Dijon, roasted asparagus, and garlic mashed potatoes.
- Seared Halibut
- Served with lemon caper sauce, rice pilaf, and roasted vegetables.
- New York Strip Loin
- Served with port wine sauce, roasted red potatoes, and roasted vegetables.
Above choices include:
- Organic Green Salad
- Organic spring mix, tomato, cucumber, radish, carrots and balsamic vinaigrette.
- New York Cheesecake
- Served with triple berry coulis.
Select how you prefer to register and pay your fees:
Register directly online and once you submit your registration, you are directed to PayPal to complete your transaction. You will be sent copies of your registration and payment.
Register online, but instead of being redirected to PayPal, you can either mail a cheque/check to complete your registration, or pay in person when you arrive at the convention. Payments made at the door must be cash or check. No credit or debit card transactions can be taken at the door.
